Server log files (hosting)
This website is hosted by united-domains AG (Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information in server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure the stability and security of its operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log files are deleted by the hosting provider in line with its retention schedule.
Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide (email address, content of your message) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required to handle your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Appointment booking via external link
To book a call, this website links to the external scheduling service Zeeg (zeeg.me). No data is transferred to Zeeg by simply visiting this website. Zeeg only processes data once you follow the link and book an appointment there; its own privacy policy then applies.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), and the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for the controller is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
